Catalog CSV import/export

Same 10-column Business product CSV format. Set quantity to 1 in every imported row; order quantities are not saved in the catalog. Import adds records without replacing existing saved products. Entire import validates before one browser-local transaction. Maximum file size: 2 MB. Export writes quantity 1 as a format placeholder.
